        Ingredients    
                
        Avocado & Egg on English Muffin    
                - 1 egg organic free range
 - 1/4 avocado organic
 - 1 english muffin whole grain
 - 1 dash salt & pepper
 - 1 dash turmeric (my hubs does this - antioxidant!)
 - 1 dash hot sauce
 
        Cottage Cheese & Fruit    
                - 1/2 cup cottage cheese low-fat organic
 - 1/4 cup strawberries organic
 
        Instructions    
                
        Avocado & Egg on English Muffin    
                - Heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Spray the pan with olive oil cooking spray. Break the egg in the pan and reduce heat to low-medium. Add a dash of salt and pepper to your liking, or even a dash of turmeric. Wait 2-3 minutes until the egg turns white, then flip. Cook another 1-2 minutes. If you prefer a runny yolk, turn off heat when you flip and let it cook for about 1 minute. Toast your English muffin, slice some avocado, and you're done!
 
        Cottage Cheese & Fruit    
                - To add some protein and fiber, throw in a bowl of low-fat cottage cheese and berries of your choice! And don't forget to take a picture, post, and tag with #jerseyjennskitchen!
