Ingredients
- 1 carton chicken broth organic, low sodium
- 4 chicken breasts organic
- 1/2 sweet onion chopped
- 1.5 bell pepper chopped
- 1 can corn organic, drained
- 1 can black beans organic, drained
- 1 can chili beans organic, undrained
- 1/4 container Jack's Refrigerated Salsa cantina style, not spicy
- 1 small can crushed tomatoes organic, with green chilis
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes organic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic minced or powder
- 1 dash ground chipotle peppers
- 1 dash pink himalayan salt
- 1 dash black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a crock-pot and cook on high for approximately 6 hours. Shred the chicken before the final hour. Top with chopped cilantro, avocado and sliced jalapeno (if you like heat)!
